Responsibilities

As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage multiple roles from the initial position need, plan and develop search strategies and complete candidate identification. With help of both internal and external tools and resources, you will collaborate with our cross-functioning Property Management teams, building authentic relationships to tackle risks as opportunities and deliver candidate recommendations. To achieve success, our Talent Acquisition Specialist will fully embrace their organizational skills, be bold with creative ideas and be a proactive problem solver.
