Buckingham is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager committed to the success of others, who possesses deep knowledge of the property management industry, is considered an elite peformer and expert, employs stellar communication practices and builds trusting relationships. As a leader of a large (two phases) apartment community, the Senior Property Manager is responsible for instilling a culture of adaptable and resilient performers; and must be a pacesetter for innovative thinking and accountability. This position requires experienced candidates who have managed very large properties or multiple properties.

As Senior Property Manager, you are responsible for the overall management of a large (two phases) multi-family apartment community, ensuring the property meets or exceeds its financial performance targets and ownership objectives. You will lead the team as well as oversee daily property administration and reporting, marketing and leasing, asset preservation and personnel management.
