Buckingham Supply Chain Management division (BSCM) is seeking a highly analytical professional with supply chain experience and high business acumen to drive impact across the organizations and beyond. The Supply Chain Analyst will work and partner with multiple teams to provide high level analytical support to enable dynamic category strategies, negotiation support, as well as optimize inventory across the organization. The role will play a critical role in the development and ownership of spend analytical tools.

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Statistics or other relevant concentration
  • Proven experience as a Supply Chain Analyst or similar role
  • Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g., strategic sourcing, inventory planning, warehouse management)
  • Advanced analytical skills with knowledge of PowerBI, SQL and Excel
  • Ability to develop actionable insights from data
  • Ability to effectively operate both independently and as part of a team
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to build and improve trusting relationships
  • Strong financial acumen


  • Mange, track and monitor spend across all categories
  • Support forecasting demand and inventory management across Buckingham Companies
  • Perform market analysis, identify relevant data and trends
  • Analyze procurement event data and provide insights to support negotiation strategies
  • Build out and maintain reporting dashboards to tell stories of how the business is improving and quickly identify opportunities for growth
  • Support the development of internal BSCM scorecards, as well as external vendor scorecards (savings, vendor performance and internal service level agreements)
  • Identify gaps in data capture; work cross-functionally to ensure that we have the data needed to make the best decisions
