The Lifeguard is responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of the swimming pool and area. The Lifeguard also works along with the Property Manager towards the common goals of positive resident relations and optimal resident retention.
Training/Education
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Lifeguard Certification
• CPR Certification
Additional Requirements
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds
• Ability to operate all necessary tools to perform the essential functions of the position
Essential Functions
• Clean and maintain swimming pool and area and pool logs
• Make sure that all residents utilizing the swimming pool and amenities are residents of the property
• Make sure that the pool area is locked up after hours
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
