Overview

The Project Coordinator provides end user and customer support of enterprise wide systems including Smartsheet, Pereview, Docusign CLM. They will also be primary support for core Production systems Accounting (Sage’s) and Procore. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving reported problems with these systems.  The candidate must have an analytical mindset, critical reasoning skills, and the ability to maintain a customer service focus.

*Internally this position is anticipated to be titled Solutions Engineer, Applications Specialist within the Business Solutions and Data Warehouse Department

Qualifications

Training/Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, technology, business administration, or combination of college credits and equivalent work experience required
  • Procore, Smartsheet, Sage, Docusign CLM end-user and/or administration experience preferred but not required. Training will be provided to ensure comprehensive knowledge of the systems.

 

Experience/Skills 

  • 2-4 years of progressive experience in Construction, Development, Real Estate, or Software Technology industry preferred.
  • 1-3 years of software solution end-user experience and support
  • Self-aware, continuous learner who enjoys problem solving
  • Proficient at Smartsheet/Excel formula functions. Calculations, linking data between spreadsheets, using specific formulas and commands.
  • Ability to leverage existing data to create reports and dashboards within the systems. Ability to connect data sets and use PowerBI a plus.
  • Experience with integrations, coding languages, and technical infrastructure a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple requests and obligations to facilitate a smooth, organized workflow; ability to tirage urgency of issues.
  • Strong technical expertise with ability to think independently and analytically and formulate recommendations
  • Must be able to interact with all levels and disciplines of employees through strong communication skills.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality; discretion is a must

Responsibilities

  • Focuses on achieving short and long-term goals for the organization, while meeting all requirements defined in the departmental SLA
  • Communicates the organization’s strategy so that all internal and external customers understand the departmental strategic plan
  • Provides end-user support for team members utilizing Procore, Sage, Smartsheet, Pereview, and Docusign CLM software and resolves helpdesk tickets in accordance with the Operations SLA to ensure internal customer satisfaction. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve product issues reported by employees/users. Escalate complex issues to senior team members and vendors as necessary.
  • Assists the Solutions Architect to track, monitor, review and report helpdesk ticket histories by category and by property to identify trends and training needs.
  • Work closely with departments to support, implement, and maintain company-wide workflows within the Production software solutions.
  • Collaborate in the planning, development, and deployment of new software modules and enhancements for core systems.
  • Keeps current on all system modules and feature updates for system changes to ensure software is understood and utilized to fullest capacity.
  • Assists the Solutions Architect with system upgrades, implementations, integrations and maintenance through validation and testing of proposed resolutions and releases.
  • Verifies the provisioning and deprovisioning of users through the systems and Okta integrations.
  • Provides timely responses to end users in a professional, customer service-oriented fashion that resolves core issues as efficiently as possible.
  • Partners with the Solutions Architect to perform periodic system access reviews and ensures all back-end system settings, including other application interfaces, are set up accurately and functioning properly.
  • Work closely with Solutions Architect and department leadership to support the development documentation and modifications of system training contentto aid with training and employee onboarding documents.
  • Assists with preparing and maintaining documentation for processes, policies, and procedures as needed by Department leaders.
