The Yardi Applications Specialist provides end user and customer support of Yardi Voyager Plus and RENTCafé products for all Buckingham Market, Student Housing, and LIHTC properties. The Yardi Applications Manager will be responsible to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve reported problems with RENTCafé CRM, Orion BI, Concierge, and RENTCafé Site Manager. The candidate must have analytical and critical reasoning skills and maintain a professional and customer service focus.
The Yardi Application Specialist focuses on achieving short- and long-term goals for the organization, meeting service level expectations to ensure customer satisfaction, and collaborates with corporate and property team members while working with the Yardi Systems Manager to improve efficiency and performance to further the company’s mission, vision and values.
