Overview

The Multi-Site Property Support Specialist assists the Property Manager with a variety of items to assist the community in running properly and create a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

Training/Education 

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable private transportation

Experience/Skills

  • A proven history of excellent organization, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Teams or virtual meeting software.
  • Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute events.
  • Knowledge of Equal Housing Opportunity (EHO) requirements and applicable program regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze property curb appeal and alert Property Manager to any issues.
  • Walk model and vacant self-guided tour units to ensure cleanliness, hardware and software is properly working, and hospitality items are stocked and placed out.
  • Move self-guided tour technology hardware when necessary.
  • Assist Property Manager with market survey information.
  • Ensure clubhouse and amenity areas are properly functioning and cleaned and make sure the hospitality station is stocked.
  • Schedule, prepare for, and execute new resident and transfer move-ins.
  • Update property management software with move-in status and insurance information.
  • Deliver physical notifications to residents when necessary.
  • Review outstanding maintenance work orders and assist in communication with residents about when they can expect the work order to be completed.
  • Check on cleanliness of apartments prior to a move-in and sparkle apartments as needed.
  • Answer inbound phone calls and emails as needed.
  • Assist in executing resident events.
  • Communicate with residents, as needed, when resident packages are delivered to the office.
  • Organize and execute mass email and text notifications to residents.
  • Possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with residents.
  • Unlock vacant apartments for vendors when require
  • Keep inventory of office supplies and report to the Property Manager when supplies need to be replenished.
